Join us in Brussels this summer for the 2026 European Spectrum Management Conference and European D2D Policy Forum
24 April 2026

The 21st edition of the European Spectrum Management Conference will return to Brussels on 17–18 June 2026. This event will once again be held alongside the RSPG meeting on 16 June. It will be followed by the EU D2D Policy Forum on 19 June, making this a very knowledgeable week for the spectrum and satellite community. Kindly note that both events will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Brussels City.
As Europe navigates a pivotal period for connectivity, these events will provide a neutral platform for policymakers, regulators, and industry leaders to address the regulatory and technical pillars shaping the future of the digital ecosystem.
Registration is now open, with early bird rates available for a limited time until 17 May.

Defining the D2D Roadmap

Following the successful inaugural event last year, the EU D2D Policy Forum returns to address the rapid transition of satellite-to-cell connectivity from vision to deployment. As the technology integrates into the wider telecom sector, the forum will examine the critical requirements for a successful D2D ecosystem in Europe, including:
- D2D and the Single Market: Ensuring cross-border interoperability and harmonised regulatory approaches.
- Enabling D2D in Mobile Bands: Analysing technical requirements for terrestrial spectrum integration.
- Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN): Managing spectrum rights and interference for MSS D2D.
- Use Cases and Commercial Pathways: Identifying viable models for consumer and industrial connectivity.
The outline agenda is available on the event website and we will keep you updated, as we will be announcing the speaker lineup shortly.
