Highlights From Our Own Events

In 2025, Forum Europe and Forum Global reaffirmed their roles as trusted conveners of high-level policy debate, uniting stakeholders across regulation, industry, academia, and civil society. Through our own diverse and growing portfolio of events, we welcomed 4,185 unique delegates from 145 countries, spanning five continents and countless time zones, each event contributing to the shaping of Europe’s and the world’s digital future.

Forum Europe and Forum Global Owned Events

Throughout the year, our conferences addressed the most pressing and forward-looking challenges at the intersection of technology, regulation, and geopolitics. With the global spotlight on AI and quantum, we led critical discussions on governance, trust, access, and safety. Our flagship International AI Summit returned to Brussels with renewed ambition, and this year saw the successful launch of the inaugural USA Artificial Intelligence Summit, hosted at Washington D.C.’s National Press Club. Returning for its second edition, Quantum Europe continued where it left off, again convening Europe’s best to commentate on Europe’s evolving digital acquis and quantum’s emerging role at its core.

In the space policy world, we marked five years of the European Space Forum, joined this year by its newest companion, the European Direct-to-Device Policy Forum. Both events proved resounding successes, with the former recording its largest attendance to date, cementing its reputation as one of Europe’s leading space policy conferences. We then took these conversations across the Atlantic, returning to Washington DC to launch both the Americas Space Forum and the Americas D2D Policy Forum. Together, these new additions explored the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape shaping civil and commercial space ambitions with friends new and old. In doing so, marking Forum Global’s growing ambitions in space.

Cybersecurity and data governance remained enduring priorities. The 12th European Cybersecurity Conference and the 14th European Data Protection Conference continued their legacy of excellence, offering trusted platforms to discuss regulatory implementation, transatlantic alignment, and emerging risks. NIS2, EUCS, the Cybersecurity Act, and GDPR enforcement were at the centre of many conversations, reflecting our ongoing commitment to convening dialogue where it matters most.

Finally, beyond the continuing work loads, there was some exciting team news. We were delighted to welcome Karen and Sam to the fold, while Kieron took on a new marketing role, Mel ran a lot more (again), and Karolina continued to keep us all on track. From office chats to international summits, our team grew stronger, and indeed, busier, than ever.

Global Spectrum Series

The Global Spectrum Series marked an exceptional year of achievement, delivering seven highly successful regional events and welcoming more than 1,800 delegates, alongside 295 expert speakers, with 145 countries represented across the series. The events also brought together 80+ companies, including sponsors and partners across the series.

A major milestone was reached in Nairobi, where 584 participants attended the Sub-Sahara Africa Spectrum Management Conference, the largest audience ever seen across the Series, with representatives from all seven regions covered by the Series.

This season also saw exciting team milestones, with Lula returning to the team and new colleagues joining in Chan and Sarah. Adding to the celebrations, we were delighted to share a personal milestone as Kate welcomed a new baby.

Dates are coming soon for the Global Spectrum Series 2026 - watch the Series' website for more information.

Highlights From Our Client Partnerships

2025 has marked a record year for our client events team, delivering 53 events including flagship conferences, executive roundtables, virtual webinars, and international summits. We continued to collaborate with long-standing clients including VMware by Broadcom, eBay, and DIGITALEUROPE - many of whom expanded their event portfolios with us this year, underscoring their continued trust in our partnership.

This year also saw the introduction of new formats and sectors. Highlights include our work with The Wellbeing Project on the second Hearth Summit, taking place in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The event brought together over 800 participants from 80+ countries for three and a half days of dialogue and immersive programming, including plenary sessions, artistic performances, and community-building experiences such as the Collective Movement and Solstice Ritual.

We also embraced new formats including high-level roundtables with events such as Cisco’s ‘Update Critical: Counting the Cost of Technical Debt in Critical Infrastructure’ and ‘AI Diffusion Lab: Brussels – Powering People & Skills‘ by Access Partnership, and deep dives into emerging sectors such as the future implementation of biofuels in the HGV sector with The European B+ Summit.
