Forum Global hosts three major events across the Americas

The Forum Global team has had a busy month with three events taking place in the Americas region, welcoming over 700 delegates and 150 speakers across the events.

Firstly, our 6th Annual Latin America Spectrum Management Conference took place on 18 – 19 September in Lima, Peru. The event took place in collaboration with hosts The Ministry of Transport and Communications of Peru. The event welcomed keynote speakers María Jara Risco, Minister of Transport and Communications, Oscar Leon, Executive Secretary at CITEL, and Mario Maniewicz, Director, BR from ITU.

Our second event, taking place in Washington D.C., was the Data Privacy Conference USA 2019. Topics of discussion focused around the right approach to data protection in the US. Keynote speakers included Diane Rinaldo, Acting Assistant Secretary for Communications at NTIA, and Suzan DelBene, US Congresswoman.

Our final event of the month, The 8th Annual Americas Spectrum Management Conference, took place on September 24 -25, at The National Press Club, Washington D.C. Speakers from various Governmental & Regulatory organisations were present, in addition to industry stakeholders from the Mobile, Satellite & Broadcast communities, including keynote speaker Ajit Pai (Chairman, FCC).
