Looking to the future at the 2nd Annual European Artificial Intelligence Conference

Following the success of the inaugural edition, the Annual Artificial Intelligence Conference returned to Brussels on the 5th of December for the second time, gathering over 150 delegates to debate and discuss the most pertinent issues in artificial intelligence.

The conference opened with Keynote speaker European Commissioner Mariya Gabriel making one of her first public appearances in her new role. Other high-profile speakers included Karel Havlíček, Czech Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Industry and Trade, and Gertrud Ingestad, Director-General, DG DIGIT. Delegates were given a valuable insight into the upcoming years in the field of artificial intelligence.
