Event Summary
The USA Artificial Intelligence Summit took place in Washington, D.C. on June 3rd, 2025. The conference provided a top-level meeting space for the AI community in the US and beyond to explore the nation’s approach to AI development, adoption, and governance in the context of an emerging global AI order and to examine the pivotal role of AI in shaping the future.
The USA AI Summit 2025 brought together leading voices and innovators from across the artificial intelligence landscape for a dynamic and forward-thinking event focused on shaping the future of AI in the United States.
Welcoming over 150 attending delegates, the Summit created an impactful platform for collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and policy dialogue across government, industry, and academia.
The Summit featured an engaging agenda that included:
- 30 expert speakers offering insights into cutting-edge AI developments and challenges.
- 6 panel discussions covering a broad range of topics - from ethical AI and regulatory frameworks to innovation, workforce development, and global competitiveness.
- 2 keynote presentations delivered by prominent thought leaders, setting the tone for AI’s strategic direction in the U.S.
The conference explored AI innovation and governance in the US amidst a complex and increasingly competitive global landscape. Discussions delved into the key policy shifts under the new Trump Administration, particularly the forthcoming AI Action Plan. The gathering dissected the potential impact of state laws on a future federal AI policy, strategised on expanding AI infrastructure, and explored ways to enhance public trust in AI. Real-world AI applications took centre stage, followed by an in-depth exploration of the intricate balance between national security, international collaboration, and increasing geopolitical competition.

- Full AV set up and fulfilment, stage design and collaboration with suppliers;
- Onsite presence at the event to coordinate all final technical and choreographic arrangements, catering organisation, welcome of speakers and assistance to delegates;
- Onsite marketing including posting on social media and creating content such as an event day highlights real and speaker interviews.
