Overview
The European Space Forum returned to Brussels in June 2024 for the 4th edition, bringing together over 380 in-person participants, including key industry leaders and policymakers, across two full days of face-to-face debate.
This year, the event was held in partnership with GSOA, with the participation of ESA, and under the auspices of the outgoing Belgian presidency and the incoming Hungarian presidency.
Through keynote speeches and panel discussions, important policy initiatives were covered including the EU Space Law and single market for space, space sustainability, and ensuring long-term autonomous access to space.

What We Did:
- Research and programme production, as well as liaison with the European Commission, Belgian Presidency to the Council of the European Union, industry knowledge partners and other relevant stakeholders
- Identification and invitation of speakers, as well as regular contact with those confirmed to organise the content and format of their contribution
- Sponsor outreach and management of 21 different level sponsors
- Media partnerships outreach and execution; advertising via their platforms and facilitating on-site coverage and delegate & speaker interviews
- Venue research, liaison and management on site
- Design of event branding and implementation across all conference elements, including the website, registration page, stage backdrop, and banners
- Marketing campaign; raising awareness for the event through email marketing, personal invitations and a social media strategy and translating these activities into registrations
- Production and distribution of digital delegate resource pack
- Website and registration platform design, implementation and management
- Registrations and delegate management
- Full AV set up and fulfilment, stage design and collaboration with suppliers to deliver live production as well as record all sessions to make available for delegates and others following the conference
- On-site presence at the event to coordinate all final technical and choreographic arrangements, catering organisation, welcoming of speakers and assistance to delegates
- On-site marketing including posting on social media and creating content such as an event day highlights reel and speaker interviews
- Exhibition area for sponsors and partners for further promotion of their products and services
- Organisation of an exclusive, invitation-only pre-conference dinner for speakers and sponsors of the conference, as well as selected top-level experts
- Organising and hosting an invite-only high-level luncheon
- Organising and hosting an open-to-all networking cocktail reception
- In-house photography coverage throughout the event
- Production of highlights video
- Production of event items with partner logos, including paper coffee cups, lanyards and conference badges
