Overview

The European Space Forum returned to Brussels in 2023, and once again brought together key stakeholders and thought leaders for 2 full days of face-to-face debate.

Against the backdrop of the recently released EU Space Strategy for Security and Defence, this year’s event had the theme of ‘Strength, security, resilience – Protecting Europe’s interests in and through space’. Focussing on the key pillars of security & defence, sustainability, competition, innovation and connectivity, the event provided the opportunity to come together and discuss key challenges and opportunities as Europe looks to deliver on its space ambitions and secure its position as a strong and resilient leader in the global space market.

Testimonials

“I am thrilled to provide a glowing testimonial about the European Space Forum 2023, one of the best conferences on space that I have attended recently. From start to finish, the organisation, logistics, welcome, and content of the panels were absolutely exceptional.

First and foremost, the conference organisers displayed an unparalleled level of professionalism and attention to detail.

The logistics of the conference were flawless. The venue was spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to accommodate the large number of attendees.

The warm welcome extended to all participants was truly remarkable. You went above and beyond to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. We felt valued and appreciated, fostering a sense of community and collaboration among like-minded individuals from diverse space sectors.

However, the true highlight of the conference was the exceptional content of the panels. The selection of speakers was outstanding, featuring some of the brightest minds and visionaries in the space industry. The panel discussions were insightful, thought-provoking, and provided valuable insights into the latest advancements, challenges, and opportunities within the space sector. The diversity of topics covered ensured that attendees gained a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted aspects of space exploration and innovation.

I wholeheartedly recommend the European Space Forum to anyone passionate about space exploration and innovation. This conference truly stands as a shining example of how an event should be organised and executed, leaving a lasting impression on all participants and fostering meaningful connections within the space community.

Kudos to the organisers for their outstanding work in creating an unforgettable conference experience that will undoubtedly continue to inspire and shape the future of space exploration.”
