Event Summary
The ECS Brokerage Event combines the brokerage activities of the industry associations AENEAS, EPoSS and INSIDE into one networking event dedicated to project proposals for the new Chips JU Calls 2026.
This event gathers the ECS community around project ideas, allowing it to network, build consortia and start creating project proposals.
Now in its third year under Forum Europe’s management, the 2026 edition transitioned to 'The Egg' to accommodate an expanded capacity. Across two days, the summit welcomed over 700 participants, featuring 66 posters, 69 expert presentations, and over 150 hours of dedicated bilateral networking and structured meetings

- Management and booking of the online meetings calendar
- Management of the 1-2-1 online networking tool
- All post-event communications including post-event survey and photo distribution
