Event Summary

The 2nd Caribbean Spectrum Management Conference took place on 13 – 14 May 2025 in Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago at the Hyatt Regency Trinidad, bringing together over 140 in-person participants.

Across 2 days, attendees had the opportunity to be involved in discussions on the key spectrum topics for the Caribbean region and beyond, through interactive sessions, networking opportunities, an exhibition area and much more.

 

With crucial discussion focusing on accelerating 5G rollout, enabling efficient spectrum use, bridging the digital divide, and strengthening regional collaboration on the agenda, the conference was a key platform to stay ahead of emerging trends and challenges in the Caribbean region.

 

Beyond the 10 high-level panels and presentations, the conference offered more than 10-hours of dedicated networking time, providing ample opportunity to connect with speakers and delegates.

What We Did

  • Research and programme production, as well as liaison with the Telecommunitations Authority of Trinidad & Tobago, Caribbean Telecommunications Authority, industry knowledge partners and other relevant stakeholders
  • Identification and invitation of speakers, as well as regular contact with those confirmed to organise the content and format of their contribution
  • Sponsor outreach and management of 15 different level sponsors
  • Venue research, liaison and management on-site 
  • Design of event branding and implementation across all conference elements, including the website, registration page, stage backdrop, and banners
  • Marketing campaign; raising awareness for the event through email marketing, personal invitations and a social media strategy and translating these activities into registrations
  • Website and registration platform design, implementation and management
  • Registrations and delegate management
  • Full AV set up and fulfilment, stage design and collaboration with suppliers to deliver live production as well as record all sessions to make available for delegates and others following the conference 
  • On-site presence at the event to coordinate all final technical and choreographic arrangements, catering organisation, welcoming of speakers and assistance to delegates
  • On-site marketing including posting on social media and creating content such as an event day highlights reel and speaker interviews 
  • Exhibition area offered for sponsors and partners for further promotion of their products and services
  • Organisation of an exclusive, invitation-only pre-conference dinner for speakers and sponsors of the conference, as well as selected top-level experts
  • In-house photography coverage throughout the event
