Having gained significant experience working both for and within European Institutions, Victoria discovered her passion for project management, communication strategies, event management, and team leadership. Victoria believes flexibility and structured transparent communication, whether with clients or team members, is the key to success.

Outside of work, Victoria can be found in the boxing gym or enjoying a good gin or coffee with friends.
