Sam Milner

Junior Conference Producer

Sam works as a Junior Conference Producer on Forum Europe’s Own Initiative Team, where he focuses on conducting in-depth research into key policy topics, engaging with industry stakeholders, and assists in shaping compelling conference programmes.

Prior to joining Forum Europe, Sam earned a First-Class Honours Bachelor's degree in Government and Political Science, followed by a Master's degree in International Public Policy. He also gained valuable hands-on experience as a Legislative Aide in the New York State Assembly, where he drafted policy, helped guide legislation through committees, and authored a research paper published by the Assembly.

Outside of work, Sam is a keen runner and fitness enthusiast who loves writing and is rarely seen without his head in a book.
