Lorena Rodríguez

Senior Event Manager

Lorena is a Senior Event Manager at Forum Europe, where she leads the planning and delivery of both client-driven events and Forum Europe’s own-initiative conferences.

Since joining in 2022, she has managed a diverse portfolio of projects, overseeing every stage of event production - from initial concept through to logistics, on-site coordination, and client communication - ensuring seamless and successful delivery.

Originally from Asturias, Spain, Lorena brings extensive experience in live event production, having worked on major music festivals such as Download, Bloodstock, and Creamfields, among others, as well as international sports events for clients like UEFA, the Football Association of Wales, and Nitro Circus across Europe. She is skilled at managing complex logistics and producing high-quality experiences in fast-paced environments across multiple locations and cultures.

Prior to joining Forum Europe, Lorena was an Events Officer at a leading UK University, where she organised academic conferences, high-level meetings, and institutional ceremonies.

Outside of work, Lorena enjoys travelling and exploring the book and vinyl sections of charity shops in search of hidden treasures.
