Leah Morgan

Junior Management Accountant

Leah works as a Junior Management Accountant at Forum Europe, supporting the finance function with analysis, reporting, and day‑to‑day financial operations across the business.

She graduated with a BSc in Mathematics and went on to complete an MSc in International Accounting and Finance, building a strong foundation in analytical problem‑solving and financial management. Before joining Forum Europe, Leah worked in the aviation industry in finance, gaining experience in fast‑paced, regulated environments and developing a practical understanding of operational accounting.

Outside of work, Leah enjoys socialising with friends, following her favourite football club, and keeping up with the latest film releases.
