Karen Fernandes Jones

Senior Policy Conference & Partnerships Manager

Karen is the Senior Policy Conference and Partnerships Manager, working closely with the team to develop market-leading conference agendas, strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders, and drive sponsorship opportunities.

She holds a law degree from Brazil and a Master’s in International Law from the University of Bristol, UK. With broad international experience in business development, strategic operations, and partnership building across Latin America, Europe, and the MENA region, Karen brings a truly global perspective. She is fluent in Portuguese and English and also proficient in Spanish.

Outside of work, Karen loves spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors on long hikes, and relaxing to the sounds of Brazilian jazz.
