Charlene is a Director and heads up the Event Management team at Forum Europe, coordinating the delivery of client events inside and outside of Europe.

She works across a variety of sectors, including financial services, health and technology. In 2018, Charlene ran the meeting of the ICDPPC (International Conference of Data Protection and Privacy Commissioners) and associated week of events in Brussels to much acclaim, and she is responsible for Forum Europe's annual Financial Services Conference, now in its 18th year.

Charlene joined Forum Europe in 2010 after graduating with a degree in German and Spanish from Cardiff University.

Outside of work, Charlene is a proud mother of two. When not enjoying family adventures - her favourite at the moment being to discover the beautiful Welsh countryside whilst "we're going on a bear hunt" - Charlene enjoys curling up on the sofa with a good non-toddler read and a glass of wine.
