As Director of Client Relations, Charlene leads the strategic direction of Forum Europe’s event delivery, ensuring our partners receive the highest standards of service and expert guidance. She serves as a senior point of contact for our global clients, focusing on relationship strategy, business development, and the long-term success of our collaborative projects.

Transitioning from her previous role as Head of Event Management, Charlene utilises her deep operational knowledge to provide high-level project oversight and strategic direction. Since joining the firm in 2010, she has built an established reputation for managing complex, prestigious events across our client portfolio.

Outside of work, Charlene is a proud mother of two and has recently discovered a love for CrossFit.
