Andrea Evans

Head of Event Operations

Andrea is Head of Event Operations at Forum Europe, a pivotal role focused on driving internal efficiency, strengthening cross-team collaboration, and ensuring successful system adoption.

Transitioning into this leadership position from her previous role as Senior Event Manager, Andrea serves as a primary point of contact for delivery teams, providing strategic resourcing oversight alongside essential pastoral support to ensure a consistent, high-standard approach across all event activity.

With a degree in Public Relations, Andrea began her career with the Volkswagen Group, where she built extensive experience in communications, events, and automotive marketing. She later became Operations Director of an events company, with responsibility for day-to-day operations, key client accounts including Audi and AIG, and oversight of HR and Health & Safety.

Combining her event expertise with a passion for motorsport, Andrea has worked on high-profile events such as the Race of Champions, the Ferrari F1 show at Riyadh Season, and the British Touring Car, World Rally, and World Endurance Championships. She is also a qualified nutritional therapist, holding a diploma in Naturopathic Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, travelling, and coastal walks.
